Thread for anything vidya
What are you playing anon?

Were you ever a Youtaite? Pic semi-related

Anybody played the remaster for dynasty warriors 3?

Has anyone here watched Zunda Horizon?

"So whats YOUR favourite Vocaloid?"

"GPWS."

"What?"

"You heard me."

Since 39chan's 2nd anniversary is coming up soon i just wanted to say that i can't believe i've been with you fucks for two whole years. I've been here since the homepage was red, and then blue and then black. I've seen the site die, come back up, change owners like 3 different times, and despite everything i'm still here. I love you 39chan and I love (You) dayos.

What the title says, let's share and discuss music & albums

Post in this thread every time you visit 39chan

Here's a thread to discuss singers/bands/performers that are singing robots that are NOT commercial vocal synths.

Starting off with arguably the FIRST singing robot band ever, Kraftwerk.

getting into kamen rider rn, i read the black manga and watching kabuto now, i found ZO very interesting.
someone can recommend/ infodump more about other series?

Do any of you own or have any experience with smart "dumbphones" such as the Galaxy Folder 2? I've been thinking of buying pic related for the fact that i miss having a flip-phone. The only thing really holding me back from using those old Java OS ones is the fact that i use bank apps and other stuff so this seemed like a good option.

someones letting the internet design a mural in San fransico by upvoting images, kind of like wplace but real.

I recently got a 4:3 TV, is there anything you guys would recommend watching on it? I'm currently watching evangelion.

General thread for retro tech discussion since the /retro/ board has been dead for years now and staff doesn't seem to have any interest in bringing it back.

I wanna start this thread by saying that lately I've been kinda obsessed with projects which push the limits of old hardware and obsolete tech such as homebrew ports of recent games to consoles which were discontinued years ago (For example Sonic Mania on Dreamcast and PS2, yeah that's a thing now).

I've been meaning to get into KagePro after literal decades ignoring it. Just so you know I've never listened to Jin despite being a Vocaloid fan around the time he was still making KagePro stuff. Where do I start?.

I want to add some new games, do some game nights and stuff. What do you guys think would be worth hosting? Are there any good mods?

Post the weirdest merchs you know about. Miku got a lot of dumb stuff so I want to share this Len plush with an USB cable that can heat you up during winter. It can go up to 45-50°C

What's your opnion on Haiku OS?

https://haiku-os.org

World Cup thread.
Let's play football, /g/.

Has anyone here listened to the new Gorillaz album? I figured there’d be some overlap between Gorillaz fans and Vocaloid fans here, considering both are virtual and all. I thought it was their best album since Plastic Beach though it does get a bit boring by the end.

Some Mikudayos on /leek/ were talking about potentially hosting a 39chan gaming server for something other than MikuMikuOnline. Games suggested were Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas and Garry's Mod. Nothing is planned so far, no one has volunteered to host, and at the moment this is all just talk. This thread exists so that people can discuss the idea without further derailing the "I thought of making a vocaloid game" thread on /leek/.

Hot Neru fanart!

U.S.A.G.I., formerly known as The Uboachan / Sushichan Associated Gamejam Initiative, is announcing a new season of it's USAGI Game Jam! This year, we are inviting you alongside a few other comfy boards to partake in a celebration on everything creative.

From June 29th to 23:59 August 23th GMT, work alone, grab your friends, or recruit other fellow anons to show us your dreams and visions in a videogame form.

Visit https://sushigirl.cafe/usagi to learn more!

PS: AI kuso is not allowed, read the rules before submitting.

Thread to discuss anime. Old and modern.

Does anybody here play gogh

Since this is a chan about music, I figured I should make a thread for discussing music players, skins, plugins, etc.

Some essential players;
https://getmusicbee.com/
https://winamp.com/player
https://getwacup.com/ (basically a modern winamp)
https://www.foobar2000.org/
https://winyl-player.github.io/

Useful sites for skins;
https://www.deviantart.com/ (Yes, people post skins and plugins on Deviantart sometimes)

Liru is a miracle of the universe. ✨️ 🙏

I'm posting this from a Windows XP machine

Comfy TL:LTD thread.

I've been trying to make leekadachis but unfortunately i suck ass with this character creator. Anyway show me your creations.

Thoughts on Porter Robinson?. Some of you might know him as the voice provider for Po-Uta but he's pretty big in the EDM scene.
https://youtube.com/watch?v=PoTu269qSnw

Anybody got paranormal anecdotes to tell? Perhaps share some interesting horror media you enjoy such as films or games? Try to keep it sfw and don't post shit that breaks the rules.

Are there any notable Christian/worship songs in the vocaloid community? I understand that the demographics of Japan are less than 1% Christian, so there likely isn't a lot.

I'm thinking of original songs, not covers of existing gospel hymns.

Be honest 39ch, how do you feel about this game?

Thoughts on the new ZSnes emulator?

The hidden food & drinks board is dead so I'm bringing food discussion here. Talk about food & drinks.

What theme do you use for 39? I alternate between both Yotsuba themes.

Many good builds came out of the previous thread, here's to many more. Post ideas, plans, progress, and don't forget: if they attack us, we'll attack back (unless peace is an option).

It's a topic i'm interested in that few websites seem to cover so i figured i'd make a thread about it here. The internet is going through a slow enshittification process, it has been for years, let's talk about it.

Discuss, post happenings, etc.

Someone on /j/ said we should have a thread for Insecam, so post interesting finds here. No violence or sexytime if you happen to find that stuff.

What's 39chins watching? I am currently rewatching the 2006 Silent Hill film after hearing they made a new one. I have very little faith in videogame to movie adaptations (especially nowadays) but I'm surprised by how much I don't hate this one so far.

a /g/ MMO thread (not mikumikuonline)
I got back into Mabinogi after nearly a decade of not playing, and now I'm addicted again, I also dragged in someone who usually plays OSRS/WoW classic, so that's fun.
What MMOs do you play, or may want to try, anons?

I want to have a thread for sharing and discussing dremas we've had. I personally haven't had any remarkable dreams recently that I could share but I've had false awakenings where I can tell something is wrong before I wake up for real.

Out of curiosity, why are you here, anon? How did you find this site? What's your favorite vocaloid?.

Why should i look at this fish?

Happy new year 39chan!!

when i went to check the lukalen painting i painted on wplace, scrolling around, i came across this website , it seems fun

Why do the Japanese get McDonald's ads with cute girls and Vocaloid promos while we get random ass celebrities no one cares about like J Balvin and Travis Scott

MSN Messenger is (unofficially) back so i thought i'd make a thread to share contacts and find friends. Try to remain anon if you can, don't reveal personal information such as irl name, address or family info. This isn't an e-dating thread, take that shit to /soc/.

Making this post from the neru phone, details will be if this works

AnimeGen/Anime Character Generator (originally known as キャラクターなんとか機 “Character-Something Machine”) is a character generator created by K.HMix, said generator was popular in the 2010s due to the simplicity of the program.

this thread is for uploading any character you can make with this program. it was not only popular for creating characters in general, but it was also used for several old UTAUloids and UTAU PVs!

explore your creativity and make a character with it!

So i am stuck in the army (dont ask) and all i have is a samsung c3520 lafleur that makes the same beeps as neru from triple baka, and with how old it is i was wondering if i can get it online, and with a lot of pain and opera mini 4.5 i was able to go on at leart some websites, this one included, it just seems fitting. Thats kinda it

I was trying to find 39ch on google and accidentally came across an abandoned Vocaloid imageboard with the last thread being from 2015. You can't post on it but it's curious to see how a board in the same vein as /leek/ would've been like a decade ago.

What made you smile today?

Does 39chan want to compete in a competition against other otaku like imageboards. The competition will consist of 1 video game, likely strategy based or traditional game, against representatives from world2ch.net , wapchan, hikari, 4-ch, and hopeflly a few others. The victor will gain bragging rights of the most digitally fit imageboard. (note that nothing is set in stone yet)

What are some of your favorite places ti get breakfast, and what do you usually order there? I don't get to go often but I love Starbucks, I got an Apple Crisp Chai Latte there recently and now I'm praying the starbucks that's being built near me finishes soon, so I can order more, lol.

bro wtf do u mean there were pokemon vitamins ???? I remember everything else here but not the vitamins damn it

Hi /g/, i feel a bit nostalgic lately and want to play some 'social experience' games a.k.a MMOs where you don't fight things to get XP and just chill with people and talk about your daily life or fandom crap as a 2D/3D avatar. The market was oversaturated with these in the 00's and now it seems like they no longer exist (unless you count mobile garbage that i won't bother touching with a ten foot pole). It's like the moment Discord came out people stopped coming to these online virtual hangouts.

Second Life is a game i've always found ugly to look at and it doesn't help that the userbase has aged to the point where mostly 50 year olds play it. VRChat is (in my opinion) impossible to enjoy without VR gear and don't even get me started on the amount of children and groomers that use it. Roblox has been dogshit since 2014 and suffers from the same issues as VRChat. Habbo Classic is a thing (i could never actually get into Habbo even as a kid but i might try it out to see what its like). 39chan's MikuMikuOnline server exists but is usually empty.

Any suggestions?.

Say something nice about Gachapoid now

This is a thread for discussing languages you're learning and cultural exchanges with other anons.

I'm asking for otaku/2D-related ones because most other sites are otherwise filled with normalfags and newfags. Just out of curiosity, which ones do you currently browse?

hello how do I reply to things said to me I can't find the reply button pls hello

My boyfriend told me to stop wasting so much on starbucks, but I have a caffeine addiction, so I got this tea.
Uh, then while talking with him he mentioned he didn't know she had a collab with gamersupps, so I dug around curiously to learn about her, and found out she's a cosplayer and vtuber.
Then he dropped the bomb on me she used to be like, a top of the charts JAV actress, lmao.

I don't know what's the name of that song. It's a tribute song for all anon who love their 2d waifu but their love couldn't be meterialize because anon's love one is in different dimansion. It was quite famous in nico-nico douga back in the day. The intro sounds something like this link https://a.eax.moe/YzmttuMy.ogg sample I post here. Anyone know what's the title name of this song?

I've been trying to distance myself as much as I can from social media. I've started using forums like Agora, altchans, etc and have become fascinated with the concept of indie websites ran by devs who are passionate about what they do, even if there's a social aspect to them. What are some other sites like that?.

Is there away to get a peertube acount to post doujinshi music video without resulting at hosting your own instances? I tried to request for account everywhere I can find in public instances but all of them ignore my request. Is it because of copyright thing? but I think most of them didn't care about that because I saw some of the music videos that were posted clearly violation of copyright.

We are running a Touhou Hisoutensoku Tournament on January 18th if anyone is interested.
