Oh, I have weird af dreams all the time. Or, I guess whenever I dream. I recently dreamed my male cat who I have owned for over 10 years magically became female and I brought him to the bakery (?) and he gave birth on the table. His kittens were also 1/8th the size of normal kittens. Yeah, I don’t know either.

I was a foreigner in another country that spoke the same language. I remember investigating online where they sold this toy microphone for kids called "fat man microphone" (don't know why it was called that, i guess it was a voice changer too) that played an audio which had become an inside joke with a friend of mine. My intention was never to buy the product since I'd look stupid buying something meant for toddlers, it was to record it and send a video of it to my friend. I started discussing the toy with the owners of the shop. Minutes discussing it became minutes explaining the joke, then how my country's currency works. Those minutes became hours until eventually it was dark outside and raining, with the store about to close. I desperately tried to contact my parents since i was lost in the city but the weak connection on my phone made it impossible. My last resort was to convince the woman running the store to let me sleep at her house for one day, to which she was hesitant initially but she eventually felt terrible and accepted. And so for the rest of the night i became a missing person. That is until just a few hours later as im about to fall asleep the woman gets a knock on the door from my parents. They had apparently been searching for me all day and managed to track down the store by sending my last sent video to the police.

After that i woke up. Very weird dream but i wanted to put it somewhere. And before you ask i wasnt a child in the dream, i definitely had the mindset of one though.

Had a dream that my house was infested by these weird never seen before bugs that would die if crushed but that spray couldn't kill. They were tiny robotic creatures and looked like Gekkos from Metal Gear Solid but red instead of brown, with the same amount of legs as a spider, and they were the size of an ant. People online asked what these creatures were and why they were everywhere. The consensus was that they were creatures from a recent movie, an inside joke that only fans would understand, and they were attracted to the word "freedom". I remember not being satisfied by this answer.

I had a dream that Kanye West went to the FBI HQ and shot people. He obviously died.

I tend to have vivid and surreal dreams, to the point where it's a common occurrence for me to feel disoriented when I wake up. Kaito dreams are around a bi-weekly occurrence for me (at minimum) due to how deeply ingrained in my psyche he’s become over the years. I'll share a few if anyone's interested, starting with the most recent notable dream.

I was exploring a very large and strange theme park. It was clearly fantasy themed, but lacked any actual rides, so I wouldn't exactly call it an amusement park. The area contained many 'zones', like in an MMO, connected by diagonal checkerboard paths, with a large lake in the middle. There was an island or some kind of structure in the lake, but the details are a vague blur in my memory.
I ran through the grass fields and played in the fountains along the path, looking at the castles and other buildings. Eventually, I'd strayed so far from the path that I'd begun to approach various derelict old structures along the border, which was marked by a fence and dense trees. An old, ivy-covered trailer caught my eye, and I decided to go inside.
When I entered the trailer, my father met me there. He was standing in the small room with a suitcase he wanted to give me.
He'd asked me something like, "Do you remember when we lived here? That was a long time ago, and you've been gone so long that nobody's looked after the place for a while. It's a shame there's nowhere better for you to live, it's going to take some work to get this place back in order".

I remembered having once called it home, but I also didn’t. I just kind of accepted what he told me as fact, because I couldn't remember ever having lived anywhere else.
I decided to inspect the condition of my new home to determine exactly what needed to be done to make it livable again. The trailer was dimly lit by an old and unreliable halogen bulb hanging from the center of the ceiling, illuminating a small kitchenette with dirty countertops and a retro refrigerator. On the wall by the front door, next to the fridge, was a panel. It used a dial mechanism that could also be pressed as a button to use the desired setting. The only 2 points on the dial were crude symbols of a maid or a clown. I'd assumed it would work like a room service button in a hotel or hospital room, but no matter how many times I pressed it, no one came.
Inside the refrigerator, the light was broken, and I had to move out of the way to let the overhead light shine on its contents. It contained many omelets and egg sandwiches, giving off a slight sulfuric odor, and a single Dunkin' Donuts coffee, half-drunk and congealed, with the order label still attached.
The rest of the room was mostly empty, save for the bare metal frame of a futon sofa and a dense sheet of plywood that served as a divider between the main room and a more private section of the building. The light didn't quite penetrate the barrier, and I felt a sense of dread at what lay beyond the plywood, as if there was something I would regret seeing beyond the threshold.

I'd walked past despite my unease and found a small bedroom. There was a bedside table with an old-fashioned table lamp that looked blackened under a layer of soot and grime. Next to it was an old full-size mattress, completely soiled with years of dust and liquids. Between the bed and the lamp were countless bodies of bugs caught in dangling webs, mold sprouting from their carcasses, and on the walls surrounding the furniture were hundreds of small pieces of paper pinned to the walls. Some were Yu-Gi-Oh cards, many were pictures of Kaito, and some were old Polaroids with blurred and unrecognizable faces, figures that evoked a sense of grief when I looked at them.
Despite how horrible the scene was, I had definitely recognized it as 'my room'. I felt like an intruder in the midst of nature who had taken its course and reclaimed something that was never really mine.
My memory fades from here - I remember getting on a bus, presumably to pick up hardware for my new home. But the bus kept going further and further into the trees and away from any sign of civilization. The other passengers didn't seem to mind, but the further it went, the more I panicked. The line you pull to alert the driver that it's your stop was there, but buried under the upholstery of the cabin, as if someone working on the vehicle had tried to cover it up long ago. I felt the ridge and pulled, but with each tug the bus only accelerated.
Then I woke up.

Had a dream that there was a machine that would merge you with anything and for some reason my family wanted to merge me with a butterfly sticker and that made me look like a blue vampire for some reason. The machine could also change your race and i fucked around with that too. One of the side effects is that it would make you infertile.

What the fuck was that dream.

i had a dream that there was a live action movie featuring the cryptonloids. obviously it was complete shit, had the energy of a nickeloden show. the actors weren't even asian, they made kaito this weird white middle aged guy. and of course they didn't sound like them, they just had american accents.

i was watching it with an old friend from childhood and i kept ranting about how fucking bad it is as a person who actually likes vocaloid, but she didn't give a shit. made me realise it was made by a director that knew nothing about vocaloid to purposefully market to people who also don't know anything

please don't let this be a sign of things to come.

I recently had a dream me and my boyfriend were back in school (which makes 0 sense since I met him when I was around 17-19 and I was signed out at 16 but sure whatever) and while I got off my school bus at the right stop by my house i somehow spawned in the middle of a city, a bit like the one in MikuMikuOnline… I kept getting lost down side roads so I eventually found an officer and pulled him aside to ask how to get home. It was the opposite way of where I was heading the entire time…

had a dream that the MMO server got big, REALLY big, to the point where it outgrew 39chan entirely.

there was voice chat, and surprisingly it wasn't all that bad? only one person was playing music through their mic (it WAS vocaloid, i can't remember which song though)

most of the people there sounded like middle age guys, except for one player who suspiciously sounded like a kid. i asked the people around us something like "how many of you are actually from 39chan?" and instantly the kid went "ew what is that? is that like (the evil hacker known as) 4chan??" and i tried to explain that no, it isn't, but the kid freaked the fuck out anyway and closed the game lol. i laughed so hard i actually woke up

I’d prefer not to actually describe these dreams, and I’m sure no one actually wants to hear about them, but they’re so vivid and painful that I wake up panicking, my chest in pain and crying.
Is there a way to prevent such awful nightmares? I assume it’s connected to PTSD, but even though my meds help when I’m awake they can’t help when my brain decides to make my nightmares a living hellscape
It would be nice to lucid dream and turn them into cotton candy or something

had a dream i was hanging out with people from this site, but kind of like in a vrchat sort of way? since we all had our own vocaloid avatars but it felt like we were walking through a city and interacting with stuff how you would irl
we went into a museum(?) with interactable toy robots and one of them had the voice of len for some random reason
the dream ended shortly after that

i don't remember much of the dream but what i DO remember is that there was this really incredible mashup of rebel rebel (david bowie) and melt (ryo) it was so good man

Dreamt I picked up a used telecaster for $50 and it came with a bunch of pedals. It was red.
