flags are a only a good deal if you plan to work on a single area for a long time, for example i have around 2.5k pixels and when i use all of them on the place i have a flag for i get a refund of around 100-200ish pixels which will slowly cascade as i post more. honestly the only drawback (other than the price) is that its a bit tedious to keep on placing than submitting than placing than submitting.

Should I use the droplets gained from the event to unlock colors or to increase my charges?

Event last more than one day. My advice is get as many charges as possible and the last day grind for colors.

They change spots but once you have them all I think that's it, you can't collect more.

Not the og pixel artist but I made the Hioka post as a speech bubble. The issue: it's quite big, so we'd have to draw over the little creature with the knife and I'd feel bad covering it. The good thing is that we can rebuild it on top of the speech bubble thanks to the archive site linked in OP.

That being said. I don't recommend making it until we have a Neru. Preferably from the same artist who did the logo if they still use this site.

The places are a bit random but that specific place in Turkey is what you get when you enter X:39 and Y:39 into the URL. Before we came and turned it into the 39zone the only thing there was the "Tell your world" Miku (which is still there, we didn't get rid of it for obvious reasons) and the word "REGRET" in purple but this one was covered by the Koronba drawing and Regret Rock Teto.
