The most feasible place to start would be a meetup at a con, right? I’ve also seen fan groups organize post-concert bar meetups which seems sensible. I mean I don’t go outside but still would like to try.

All of those sound impossible. A meetup would probably be doable but this site is still small and gets around 100 posts on a good day, you'd also probably need to hire security guards for reasons i don't need to explain. A concert or con would probably cost your life savings.

Not necessarily, if someone is headed to a specific con they can mention it, a location and time (preferably at a location with many people, obviously, like a fountain in the middle of the con or something) to meet up other members, right? I've seen tales of fans do it at cons in Maryland and D.C. in USA, for example.

The card design was finalized a bit after midnight and I didn't have any card paper so I used extra wapchan cards that didn't print well as a base and just taped the 39chan design
