Naturally, that is because for such a project to move forward officially, both CFM and I would need to agree to grant the license.
So for several months, or even more than a year, I would have to shut the curtains in my room, live in fear that someone might be listening in, suffer from nightmares every night, and spend my days in lonely silence...
Well, that part is a joke, but I would absolutely never leak anything to the outside.
If I truly had no idea that Neru was going to appear until it was announced to the public, that would be a “surprise” for me in a rather bad sense.
Basically, I do not reject offers that have cleared CFM’s standards, but even so, we would still need to confirm and discuss it as a procedural issue.
That said, even if something like that were to happen, I do not think it would turn into a public accusation or dispute. And very fortunately, no such trouble has ever happened so far.
