Ya, NT2 pretty much. All the SP banks sound like they do in Sekai so I'm pretty sure they're going to sound the same, if not really close.

One of them is the normal price. One is the upgrade price for people who already own Rin/Len V4, and from what it seems people have been able to dig up, "EXP" might be short for Export? Apparently the Chinese releases of some of the old CFM bundles had the same "EXP" label.

Main reason a majority of JP users stick to V4x is purely because of the license for NT. They are using them but not a lot. Then of course for western producers they don’t sing in English so.

Yep. The Vocaloid banks at least are the same as they’ve always been but NT is Fukase style restrictions. At the very least there’s distributors around that make it easier to license now but even so..
