Most of the male ones have pretty unique voices but since they're not a cute girl they don't get much love. There's also Sekka Yufu and Nurse Robot Type T if you like whispery voices. Chis-A from Voisona has this frail voice I find pretty cute and there's a free English voicebank if you wanna try her out.

Nekomura Iroha is probably my favorite Vocaloid, she has a surprisingly deep voice for a teenage girl obsessed with Hello Kitty, it's the contrast that gets me. Her SV is amazing

Obligatory shilling of my wife.

She has a clear, transparent voice that no other loid has. It's what makes her fit a wide variety of songs, on top of her incredible range. She also has a pretty unique operatic style at higher notes, though not the same extent as the actual operaloids obviously. Speaking of which, they're also unique.

If anon can shill his wife then so can I. Luka (V2) has an unique voice that pefectly matches her design. She sounds cold, mature, etc.
