Man, i kinda wished KAITO had a better reputation and a more exciting anniversary cuz so far, all i saw about him was disappointment on his 20th anniversary & hate towards him and boring stuff in places like twt
it almost killed my vibe for it, man

I feel like the only reason people hate Kaito is because most producers really suck at tuning him, and SEKAI which likely introduced even more people to him certainly doesn't help much in that regard.

This is true. The way a 'loid is perceived kinda depends on how a producer tunes them. I used to dislike Flower but I started listening to more songs with her and realized that a lot of her most popular songs just have really shitty tuning. She's my favorite 'loid now.

Kaito is at least being carried by a couple dedicated fujos and possibly Project Sekai fans assuming they care about the Vocaloids in the first place. Being a Meikobro is more painful.

He's slowly overtaking Len as my favorite Cryptonloid, I own his box and ordered his Nendoroid Doll. I didn't exactly work on anything recently in V4 though. I should but I've been really burnt out after basically living in the software for all of 2025, thankfully I think the burnout is slowly dissipating so I might get back to that soon.
