Una wasn't super popular on release either. The reasons you've been seeing her more lately is because they've updated her voicebank multiple times. She's on various engines. Rana is stuck in Vocaloid hell and it's unlikely she'll ever get a new voicebank but a man can dream.

I unfortunately can't tell you the likelihood of that. We've inc merged with FuRyu back in 2019, and sadly they haven't shown any interest in reviving her IP.
