Good luck to them. Hope it actually brings something unique to the table and doesn't suffer the same fate as Maghni AI and Mikoto Studio, because something about Western v-synths is cursed and they always end up flopping horribly.

If they need voicebanks I think 39bros would be willing to help.

The OP there said it isn't a clone, rather an API to implement same technology as the engine. Kind of funny 39chan kept being mentioned and they have yet to find their way here.

They said they aren't looking for making voicebanks apparently so seems to be expecting others to finish what they start. Seems to be mostly an academic and developer pursuit. It would basically likely wind up as something to plug into OpenUTAU or something else for it to be usable for end user. Assuming if ever completed in any timely manner.

It was somewhere on VOISTAR’s website, and you can still find their tweets referencing it. Previously the download link sent you to one of their voicebanks instead of a resampler, now I can’t find the link at all
