I don't use Coefont so i wouldn't know but technically you can use any TTS to sing. You just gotta do it the YTPMV way.

I think this is how Namigroove made VP Teto sing in that recent song. It's a creative method but also a really time consuming one. Props to him though, I don't think I'd have the patience.

You can change pitch and intonation to be up or down per render so I imagine it would be very difficult.
