I don't see the issue personally. Both Planty and Kemohomogeko are inactive and highly unlikely to ever consider touching Stella ever again. We can do what we did with Hitori and redesign her and since she's originally an illegal XSY we can find someone to voice her.

Also what makes you say this? I'd assume most people here are probably mature enough to give him a second chance, and remaining on the site post-Q&A is optional. Hioka does it because he likes it here for example.
