Did some research and apparently Amekoro comes from the kanji in her name (雨衣) translating to "raincoat" (雨 = ame/rain + 衣 = koromo/clothing). Her voice provider also calls her Amekoro-chan for short. Some fun trivia.

Funny thing is I actually love Ci-chan but let's face it no one is gonna be using her over any of the other vtuber voicebanks.
