It's neither of those things but it is definitely known by some of the JP community. If Hioka was a lurker before the Q&A then Atena being a lurker's not off tbe table especially when he is aware of the site's existence.

That being said most of the other suggestions in this thread are jokes and I highly doubt Neru is a lurker here.
