China/Bilibili Vocaloid events Mikudayo Sat, Aug 15, 2026, 08:12 PM No.2885

it usually doesn't get much attention in the West but I just recently started noticing how insane Chinese Vocaloid events are. Like, Miku with you 2025 was looking mind blowing but I didn't noticed that was just the standard stuff for their events.

Photos are from this years Luo Tianyi tour that is currently happening. I'm sure bilibili sponsor money plays a huge part but CN in general seems to know how to use LEDs and logistics for them a lot better compared to JP. Maybe we should give CCP a chance...

(Miku with you 2026 theme was also announced a few months ago so hopefully they will give a date for that in a week or 2)

Seen footage of that chibi around but never seen an actual concert because i only really use Bilibili to watch reuploads. The pics do look pretty insane though i wish we had something like this here.

This looks awesome. Its things like these that make me feel like I've been sleeping on the Chinese side of the scene way too much.

New MWY 2026 illustrations. It's gonna be at end of october this year and theme is carnival. They will be using the same venue so we could expect those gigantic screens again.
