Also having listened to the entire thing I can confirm that this isn't Teto SV but Oyamano Mayo herself singing. Goes to show how realistic SV sounds.

Listen to the Teto Live version of Igaku/Medicine. Not only is her voice more clear and powerful, her voice cracks twice at 0:57 and 1:23, she also breathes a lot between verses (not saying you can't do that in SV but she does it A LOT here). That's Yamanon herself.
