You need to manually navigate to the artist's Skeb page. Directly opening the page or refreshing won't work.

I was being hyperbolic in my case. Just wanted to point out that was something you could do.

I got this today from https://skeb.jp/@cone_huraku which came out very cute. It took about a month and when I sent the request, she resent it asking for it to be hidden so I think that means she's willing to draw non-voiceroid characters as long as they're hidden.
