Not quite sure what this one is about, it seems like a prototype of some sandbox-like game involving MMD models where you also get to chase characters and hit them with a leek. It used to be downloadable from MMDSekai and Nicovideo according to vidrel's description but unfortunately both links are dead. Lost media folks you're gonna love this one.
