Nicopedia was blocked last month and now 403s overseas. Seiga is of course still restricted, as are videos with certain tags. Beyond blocking watching videos broadly, the only thing left for them to block at this point that anyone might care about would be Live (which they did very briefly when they site came back in 2024).
