I could see it living a decade more like some of the oldest imageboards but i can also see it becoming a shithole of low quality threads and spam the moment the mods stop caring about it (Most boards that live past a decade end up like this due to their original owners stepping down). Love or hate the jannies, they keep imageboards from becoming garbage dumps and right now it seems 39chan's mods are very active on the site and seem to care about its state considering some of the rule breaking posts i've seen here don't last a second.

This won't be happening on my watch, but I can't promise that I'll own 39chan forever. I'm human and I have other responsibilities. I'm already extremely selective with my moderators/janitors so if I were to ever quit, I'd be even more selective with my successor.

I was on this site when Hachune Light was still the default theme, there was a hentai board and Sena didnt even have a voice provider yet so despite it being almost a year old now I'm already nostalgic for it. I hope this site sticks around for a little longer, it's the most unique imageboard site I've been in ever since Uboachan (before it became an off topic spam dumping ground instead of a Yume Nikki site) kaitolick
