Sad that 39chan require now JS to show/open the POST (reply) form. I remember when that kind of unacceptable website behavior wasn't a thing.

The Show/Hide form feature was added to prevent the form from taking up so much space (also for the sake of familiarity since we had a lot of traffic from /jp/ around the time it was implemented).

The captcha is there to slow down CSEM bots who spam our site. We still get them, sadly, but we're still trying to find ways to fight against them. If you're into Vocaloid you should know the answer but I posted a hint in the meta thread.
