Vocaloid Medley announced a fan made Teto concert in New York. This is the same company behind the Teto concert that took place in Argentina recently and is in charge of IA:R's first concert (also in Argentina) this year.
The concert takes place in September. No date has been revealed yet.

They seem to moving a good amount of tickets for now tho, saturday one already sold out so they added another date.
Vocafest is one of the bigger fan event organizers and even they usually go for no more than 300-400 people for a single show in cons which is understandable. Fan events just staying with small venues they can guarantee to sell out is almost always better than trying to go bigger and taking risks as one bad show can easily destroy or at least cripple everything they've built.

One of the main shortcomings of expo is it tries to hit too many venues in less than 1 month and those venues differ in size a lot so something that barely fits in one venues can look lacking in big arenas. For example for EU expo, they both have the UK and Frances 3rd largest arenas and a 5-6k capacity venue within the same tour this year. If they changed how expo worked completely and focused on 1-2 major cities we could probably had at least MM or Lawson levels of concerts but they sell shit ton of tickets with the current model so why bother?
