In my opinion V2 is probably the best Luka voicebank we've had and nothing has ever come close. Luka was made as this Rei Ayanami type kuudere and her voice was inspired by genres like Trip hop. Her design matches that. V4 and everything after just feels like all of that was thrown out the window in favor of a more mascot-like character, like they just wanted another Miku.
