...or purely on'yomi (Chinese-derived readings), some common examples being 加藤, 菊池, 古賀, 佐藤, 後藤, 安藤, 久保, etc (common on'yomi surnames primarily involving the kanji 藤 for some reason, guess it's a common flower).
They can be mixed too as in 佐々木 (Sasaki; 佐 being the on'yomi whilst 木 is the kun'yomi. or 阿部 (Abe: 阿 being the on'yomi, 部 being the kun'yomi), 大久保 (Ookubo: 大 being the kun'yomi, 久保 both being on'yomi).
Of course, there are the off-chances where they can be all at once. 土屋 can be read as Tsuchiya (purely kun'yomi), or could technically be toya/doya (a mix of kun'yomi & on'yomi, rare). 名和 could be Nawa (purely kun'yomi) or Meiwa (a mix). 渡部 is usually Watanabe or Watabe (both kun'yomi), and could technically be Watabu (a mix, although very rarely read this way).
Also, 荒音 (Arane) is a new name idea that popped up into my mind while doing this. (Both kun'yomi and makes sense for her character!) More names coming, probably.
