Sometimes i get Lily and IA mixed up. I once got asked what my favorite IA song was and I said Wave by Niki.

Someone found a wholoid (Anon, even) cover of a lost Vocaloid song I must've made in either late 2017 or 2018. It's horrible and you could tell I used the EN to JP autoconverter without mixing it (if I did, it was mixed straight in V4...awful.), if you're curious I uploaded it as a catbox here:
https://files.catbox.moe/kkzhss.mp3I know its weird to post here as a confession post, but even if it doesn't reflect the current quality of my work whatsoever, I'm extremely nostalgic for it. It came from an era where, while I had pretty terrible mental health, it was before my life fell apart for a bit. I don't mind it being found at all, in fact, I'm happy it was recovered.

>>22689You're not wrong. I think a lot of it comes from most of the new producers of the era being teenagers, usually under 16, when they start out. The mixing of said producer was far better than mine, but also had nothing notable like a lot of classic and new producers alike. I hope the producer gets back into making music one day.

i use ai art unironically because i am not wasting money on commissions for a song like 20 people maximum will hear because no one cares about my music except for my friend. i do try to touch it up though so it's not like i'm posting ugly piss tinted miku with 8 fingers "art" on my youtube page.

Find a Japanese artist on Twitter and hope they have an Odaibako linked in their bio

>>23656I don't touch Vocaloid songs with AI art because I automatically assume the music is generated as well. I honestly cannot forgive the guy who made Liar Macaron because it rips off from another producer's work. Yeah I'm probably autistic for it to be that serious to me but the purpose of Vocaloid has always been an accessible way for someone to express themselves with music
