I messed around with hifisampler and got her to sound surprisingly decent. The issues and how I solved them:
1. Sounds with "u", "e" were much quieter than the rest. Fixed this by enabling the P flag (aka "Normalize" in the expression menu). To use it, you must set wave_norm to true in the config.yaml file located in hifisampler folder. I set the value for everything to 80-100 to make her louder.
2. Some of the sounds ending in "E" and "U" are extremely noisy, to fix that create Hb flag, Range: 0 to 500, Default: 100. That's the flag for noise/breath control.
You can set it all the way down to 0 if the sound is very noisy, that's what I did on "e" in "koe". However, don't set it to 0 if the note contains a hissing/soft consonant, by setting it to 0 on "す" in "usubi" it completely removed the "s" sound. I left it at 25 for that one and it's still a bit muffled. Most sounds are going to be good with the default of 100.
3. Change default value for gender (if you're using OpenUtau) from -100/100 to -600/600. It also works in reverse, so negative will make the voice sound more masculine instead. I used gender 500 for this.
There is still hum present, but I think she sounds miles better. This is without denoising, which probably could improve it even further and make her easier to use with hifisampler. At least she sounds good enough with the default resampler now. Gonna have to look into denoising the samples properly, I heard the default noise removal filter in audacity is considered really bad. I'm still holding out hope someone will run her samples through Adobe Podcast though...

I'll explain the method i'm using right now. I've merged the 504 audios in those three folders into a single file and i'll be using that to train the RVC. After that I think we can either re-record the 504 audios from scratch which will probably take a lot of time or just make a monopitch CV or even a CVVC/VCV which will take less time.
Side note but while looking for info on her i found out that she has no fanart on pixiv, absolutely nothing, which is pretty shocking for a VIPPERLOID. Even Tabane Roze who's pretty recent has at least something.
