 No.24677

What's your favorite version of Vocaloid?

 No.24678

V2 introduced Hatsune Miku, arguably the most important Vocaloid and the reason we're all here in the first place. But V3 gave us so many good characters... IA, Lapis, Flower, Oliver, etc.

 No.24681

For me it's definitely V2
Best sound, best voicebanks

 No.24682

>>24677
I still like V2’s sound the most, I think. It’s pleasantly chunky.

 No.24687

In terms of sound V2 is the best but if we're talking about voicebanks my vote goes towards V3
V6 would be on par with V3 if not for the fact that every voicebank sounds insanely noisy.

 No.24690

>>24687
v6 might be lower quality than the previous versions but its honestly not that bad

 No.24708

I feel like V5 is a bit underrated as an engine. Not saying its the best but it definitely beats the older versions in various aspects (except voicebanks because dear god V5 is a complete failure in that regard).

 No.24807

>>24677
V3 is best

 No.24812

V4 is by far the easiest Vocaloid editor I've used, but in terms of voicebanks it's V2.

 No.24814

 No.24819

>>24677
My wife started in V3 so V3 is my favorite

 No.24905

>>24819
Same here (I'm a flowerfag)

Vocaloid2 of course :)

 No.25150

>>24819
Let me guess, Yukari, IA or Flower

 No.25163

>>25150
You would be 33.33333333333333...% correct

 No.25164

>>25163
I'm betting on IA just because IAbro posts here more than Yukaribro.

 No.25165

>>25164
I have to hide myself better

 No.25166

>>25165
Did I guess right

I post fairly frequently between my phone and PC. I haven't made my presence known as a Yukaribro though. Still mentally ill though. Picrel

 No.25195

>>25194
Don't worry we're all autistic here

 No.25199

>>25168
One has to wonder what goes on inside that alien brain of hers

 No.25209

>>25195
Not them but I'm not. I am like the opposite of autistic...though introverted and awkward at socializing in person from lack of experience.

 No.25213

>>25194
Hello Yukaribro
>>25199
No thoughts, head empty

 No.25306

As an engine V4 and V5 are best but if we're talking about voicebanks then V2 easily wins

 No.26758

V3 for me

 No.27857

What are /leek/'s thoughts on VOCALOID2 as an editor instead of the voicebanks it introduced?

 No.27858

>>27857
It's alright, much better than V1 in fact, but i feel like V4 is the definitive version of the editor.

 No.27859

>>25194
You have a Yukari body pillow?

 No.27872

>>27859
The only official Yukari body pillow. I am a Yukaribro, I see wife, I buy

 No.27873

>>27872
Official?

 No.27882

>>27872
first time i'm hearing there's official body pillows based on vocaloids

so that neru dakimakura is still on the table huh? hioka, take notes

 No.27894

>>27857
As an engine it's fine but i share anon's opinion that V3 and V4 are essentially better versions. The actual best editor though is V6 in my opinion.
