Adachi Rei would be in it and have detachable limbs that could work as attacks. One of her moves could be detaching her head and using it as a bowling ball. You'd be able to play as her without a head also but you'd have to pick it up because it would make your movement wonky.

One of Miku's special attacks would be spinning the leek and hitting the opponent with it. Another possible special attack could be the Miku Miku Beam.

Well there's no Rei Adachi, so no, not every Vocaloid is playable on it. But hey if someone ITT knows how to mod that game, please make a Vocaloid total conversion and I'd be more than happy to host some sort of tournament on 39chan
