I found this song a while back and could find absolutely nothing on the guy who made it. All that comes up are a RateYourMusic page and the Youtube topic channel which only has two songs.

I'd like to recommend Yamagishikooji. He doesn't have a ton of songs, but each one is very high quality imo. I really like his tuning, his PVs all have super cute art, just solid all around.
