It's currently in a no one wins situation where Jin can't make anything new (except remasters I think?) and 1st Place can't market anything related to Kagepro. There was also a 3rd party that was involved in Kagepro but that company has since gone bankrupt and might be the reason why the copyright is in limbo.
Even so though, I doubt Jin will ever use IA again, even if he fully has the ability to do so, and he was one of IA's top producers, no doubt about it.
