I miss you, polygon Miku

 No.17852

HEY BUDDY

 No.17853

When YY came out, I remember it was inescapable. At the time I was actually pretty disappointed with it since I preferred 23.exe's old music and this sounded nothing like it. But over time 23.exe's new style grew on me and so did Polygon Miku. Today there's a 23.exe shaped hole in my heart.

Early 23 just sounded like Niki tbh

I mean i love Niki too...

23.exe owes us his return... or maybe not. Maybe he has found happiness after retiring and is living a great life.

23.exe Miku talks a bigger game, but daniwell miku goes ballistic when they actually fight

Poly Miku actually tries to fight
Box Miku just hits everything like a Garry's mod ragdoll

HORA TE NO NARU HOU NI

 No.17956

So did the guy quietly retire? His music was added to PJSK a while back so he has to be active still, right?

 No.18034

>>17956
No one really knows

 No.20080

I think about this every day. The guy was very successful, dominated the late 2010s Vocaloid scene, had iconic music videos, released entire albums, and then one day he just disappears forever
Not even a goodbye

They don't fight. They shake hands and then hug.
Poly Miku and Box Miku are friends.

Some day

 No.25274

It kills me that this October it will have been 5 years without 23.exe

 No.25286

five years, damn...

 No.25290

>>17956
I wouldn't bet on it. Didn't someone got their song added without them being notified about it? I think it was LamazeP.

 No.25291

>>25290
I thought you were referring to that time Triple Baka got added to streaming services for a sec

 No.25292

>>25291
Maybe I got confused, but I'm 100% sure there was a famous producer who didn't get notified about being added to PJSK

 No.25301

>>25292
The other anon is referring to a recent situation

 No.25302

I think that out of all producer comebacks this is the one I've been waiting for the most.
I know 2019 wasn't too long ago but F!F!F! makes me so nostalgic.

 No.25304

In a perfect world: the Project DIVA series never died and YY is one of the songs added in the new game

 No.25348

>>25302
Same here. As much as I like his polygon Miku stuff, his older works are what made me fall in love with his music.

 No.25349

>>25304
That's sad

 No.26591

>>25302
Anon its been 7 years, it was that long ago

 No.26596

>>26591
You don't have to say it like that

 No.26648

>>26591
7 years since the song, yeah, but 23.exe quit 4 years ago

 No.26649

I don't want it to come off as insensitive but EZFG's death recently got me thinking about producers like 23.exe who have been radio silent for years and haven't said a word. Hope he's okay.

 No.26651

>>26649
23.exe is one of the producers that made me love Vocaloid again after the "Vocaloid is dead" era in the 2010's so that would break me. I love that guy.

 No.26663

>>17860
More like 23.exe owes us one (1) new song

 No.26689

>>26663
Yes, and it will be an IA song, it was revealed to me in a dream.

 No.26690

>>26689
Hope you're right about that IAbro

 No.26837

GET THE ____ OUT

 No.26858

23.exe was a lot of pre-SEKAI newbies' introduction to Vocaloid. He was sort of inescapable in the late 2010's.
For me he was not my first producer but he was what got me back into Vocaloid because as many of you know, the mid 2010's were rough.

 No.26862

>>26858
23.exe, Ctrl Ult Delete, Inabakumori, etc. That's the late 2010's Vocaloid experience.

 No.26873

>>26862
part of me kinda misses this even if that era wasn't very great
