>>2014had a similar experience.
when I was 5, my paternal grandma passed away. since I was too young I can't remember much from her more than she loved me a lot.
several years passed; the room that used to be my grandmother's was now my room, a few years after she passed away.
in 2020, in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, every time i went to sleep i would hear a humming of something that sounded like a lullaby, sung by a female voice. it terrified me, but calmed me at the same time, the voice was vaguely familiar....
until one day, i had an upset stomach and couldn't sleep. suddenly, i heard an old lady's voice say to me "are you okay, sweetheart?"
the voice, besides the humming, became even more familiar to me. turns out it was my grandma.... but the voice was so close it gave me chills. but, even so, I started to feel more calm.
i don't know if this practice is done in other countries, but in my country it is a tradition to light a white candle on the anniversary of the death of a loved one. the following year, in 2021, i stopped hearing my grandmother's voice the day they lit the candle on the anniversary of her death. all this time, granny was taking care of me....
