Sorry to crush your dreams but it won't be released because they'd need permission from both the studio and the voice actress. The VA's email is invalid now and studio S hasn't replied to anyone since 2023. They're not even first ones to attempt Iku' DS with various degrees of success, but no one got permission. I learned all that from the DS dicksword server. Your best bet is labeling it yourself and training.
